Our founder
Reid Mack, Managing Director
Having worked for the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) as a Loan Specialist, he possesses an unparalleled knowledge of business lending utilizing SBA guarantees.
He has held positions of business development and lending at numerous FDIC insured banking institutions, including Bank of America and Regions Bank.
His diverse experience includes leading an investment group on a tender offer for the publicly traded stock of an FDIC insured bank and working with minority small business owners at an MBDA center funded by the U.S. Department of Commerce.
As an owner operator of Commerce Loan Bankers, he works with business owners on capital procurement.
He is a member of the board of directors at Business Development Institute and a member of the Deloitte Global Boardroom Program.
Mr. Mack earned a B.A. degree from the University of Miami and a certification in financial markets from Yale University.
